About The Village

Most parent coaching is about teaching you what to do. Strategies, scripts, methods. The Village is different because it is not about adding more information. It is about closing the gap between what you already know and how you actually show up in the hard moments. That gap is not an information problem. It is something you have to feel, witness, and practice in community.

No. The Village is a coaching and education space, not mental health treatment. We use your past as a translation tool to help you understand the present moment with your child. We do not treat the original wound. When deeper material surfaces, I will hold the moment with you and gently refer you toward the right professional support. Many mamas in the Village work with a therapist alongside this work, and the two complement each other beautifully.

This first cohort gets everything The Village has to offer. The teaching, the community, the live support, the workbook. But you also get something no future cohort will have: a hand in shaping what The Village becomes. The beta price honours that. Future cohorts will be offered at a higher investment.

The Village is specifically designed for mamas of children ages 1 to 8 because so much of the power comes from being with other mamas in the same season of motherhood. If your child is older, please reach out and I will let you know when a future cohort might be a better fit.

Showing up

You are always invited to share, and you are always free to pass. The Village is a witnessing space, not a performing space. Some weeks you may share a lot. Some weeks you may just listen. Both are honored. Many mamas find that hearing others share is what slowly opens their own willingness to speak.

Most mamas notice the first shift within the first two weeks. The shame after hard moments gets quieter. The spiraling gets shorter. They start to recognize what is happening in their bodies before they react. By the end of the six weeks, most mamas describe a different relationship with themselves in the hard moments, and the work continues long after.

What I will not promise is that you will never lose it again. That is not the goal. The goal is that when you do, it stops defining you. It stops swallowing you. And the time between rupture and repair gets shorter and shorter.

Yes. The Village is for any mama who has ever shown up in a way she did not want to with her child. The shame of yelling does not require yelling daily. Sometimes the hardest moments are the smallest ones. If you have ever wished you could respond differently, this is for you.

Yes. Every session is recorded so you can catch up if life happens. That said, the real depth happens live, with the others. If you can commit to at least four of the six sessions live, you are a good fit.

Logistics

Two cohorts are running. Cohort A meets Tuesdays at 7:30pm CST, starting June 2. Cohort B meets Thursdays at noon CST, starting June 4. Both run for six weeks. Each session is 90 minutes. You choose the time that fits your life.

Online. All sessions happen on Zoom. You can join from anywhere. Bring your wine, your tea, your blanket. A quiet corner is all you need, even after bedtime.

$350 for the full six-week cohort during the beta launch. Future cohorts will be offered at a higher investment. The beta price reflects this being the first time the program is running with a live group.

If you join and the work is not the right fit within the first two sessions, I will offer a full refund. After that point, the cohort has formed and your spot is held. If something significant comes up in your life, please reach out and we will find a path forward together.

A device with a camera (laptop, tablet, or phone), a reliable internet connection, and a quiet space for 90 minutes. The workbook will be delivered digitally. That is all you need.

Ready when you are.

The Village starts June 2. There are still seats available in both cohorts.
