Hi! I'm Noa
I help you recondition your ideas about childhood
so you can find more peace in yourself and you can help children grow up with healthier, kinder inner voices.
I became a coach for parents, caregivers and teachers because I was 100% committed to having a different kind of relationship with the children in my care than the one I grew up with.
I was raised in a household where my feelings weren’t valid. I was called a “bad” daughter every time I made a mistake, and the love I received always felt conditional and offered or withheld based on my behavior. Teachers and other caregivers reinforced that same message in their own ways, leaving me feeling unseen and unsure of myself.
When I had my daughter, I promised myself she would never feel that way. But before long I started hearing the same words and tone I’d grown up with coming out of my own mouth. That’s when I knew I needed help to break the cycle... and that’s how I found Parenting Coaching.
Through my training, I learned that it is possible to set boundaries with empathy. That every adult in a child’s world shapes the way that child sees themselves, and we all have the power to help children feel safe, seen, and whole.
This has become more than a personal journey. It’s my calling. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, grandparent, or child caregiver, I’m here to help you change your story, your inner voices and create more loving childhood stories for the children in your care.
Together, we can break the cycle... and rewrite the story.
